It Takes a Village Mothers’ Circles
Join us for a free, confidential drop-in circle for mothers of infants and young children. Take the opportunity to meet other local moms and engage in adult conversation in a mother-friendly space. Children are welcomed and refreshments are provided!
In these safe circles, Mothers are welcome to say what is true for them about motherhood. Our trained facilitators use the MotherWoman peer support model to create a confidential space for mothers to feel heard, valued, understood, nurtured and energized. It is our hope that women walk away feeling less stressed and more optimistic about their roles as mothers.

Expectant mothers welcome. Infants in arms can join us in circle while free childcare is available for older babies, toddlers and children up to age five. Refreshments are provided. Please give yourself a few extra minutes to settle in beforehand – we do our best to start on time. Our group facilitators are local mothers. They work as postpartum doulas, childbirth educators, lactation support specialists, and yoga therapists.
This group follows the Mohawk Trail school schedule and will not meet when school is closed or delayed due to weather.
Seek and Receive Support Virtually
Join us for support and connection on the web with our private Mothers’ Facebook discussion group. This is a CLOSED group so you can feel free to share or give support without your words ending up on your timeline. This is a great place to share experiences, ask for support, or just get to meet other local moms in a virtual space. To join our closed group, request membership here.
